Use this form to register for Sober2Day.com. As a registered user, you can sign up for classes, set up assessments, review education materials and more. If you are signing up for classes, you will receive a confirmation of the class date once it is set. Please note: you will need to pay for the class prior to attending, or you will not be officially registered and will not receive credit for attending. Payment portal and instructions can be found in the navigation links on the homepage.
