SET Program

---

The Sobriety Education and Training (SET) Program is designed to provide key information for those with substance-related legal issues. It is intended for individuals who are evaluating their relationship with alcohol and other drugs, and need critical information to make healthy decisions going forward. The class is completed by reviewing presentation slides, viewing two videos, and completing a post-test. The class takes approximately 3 total hours to complete, but is self-paced, so participants can choose to complete it in mini-sessions rather than all at once (download and review the slides, later watch the presentation video, etc.). Anger Management

Sober2Day offers an Anger Management course that is self-paced, utilizing the SAMHSA-approved curriculum. The course will teach participants how to identify anger, manage cues and triggers, develop alternative coping strategies, and more. The course is completed through "modules" and post-tests or quizzes. There are a total of 12 modules, which includes an assessment and 11 self-paced modules, as well as 4 total quizzes. Full Assessments

Sober2Day offers full assessments for individuals who may be experiencing substance-related issues or mental health conditions that have resulted in legal impact. The assessments are designed to provide individuals with recommendations that will accomplish two important goals: help the individual, and assist in addressing the legal issues in a way that promotes a softer landing. At Sober2Day, we know SUD and MH issues cannot be treated effectively by way of punishment - treatment and recovery resources are needed. Register here.
